Todas las resoluciones que apliquen multa serán pasadas en copia al respectivo Administrador o Recaudador de Hacienda Nacional. Si el infractor no consignare el valor de la multa en el término de 24 horas, la multa se convertirá en arresto a razón de un día por cada peso.
