Entrega y presentación del Plan de Desarrollo Comunitario Sostenible. En un plazo máximo de ciento ochenta (180) días calendario a partir de la expedición del acto administrativo de inicio, la organización campesina o pescadora del EAA presentará a la ANT el Plan de Desarrollo Comunitario Sostenible elaborado con el soporte técnico y demás instrumentos.

Parágrafo

Las entidades que integran el Subsistema 2 del Sistema Nacional de Reforma Agraria y Desarrollo Rural podrán presentar observaciones y recomendaciones dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de presentación del respectivo Plan de Desarrollo Comunitario Sostenible.
