Dominio de la Nación. El dominio que ejerce la nación sobre la fauna silvestre conforme al Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974, no implica que el Estado pueda usufructuar este recurso como bien fiscal, sino que a él corresponde a través de sus entes especializados su administración y manejo.
