Al rendir cada embarcación su viaje redondo ó de retorno al puerto de donde salió, los respectivos Capitanes ó Patrones depositarán en la Inspección la patente, y allí permanecerá bajo recibo, hasta el día en que hubiere que emprender nuevo viaje. Si no ocurriere observación que hacer, le será devuelto dicho documento al capitán ó Patrón, previa devolución que éste hará del recibo que se la haya expedido, en el cual hará constar que ha recobrado la patente.
