Ley 45 de 1982 · “por la cual se efectúa un contracrédito y se abre un crédito adicional en el presupuesto de gastos de la actual vigencia (Departamento Nacional de Planeación) por valor de $ 1.000.000; y se efectúan unos traslados en el presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia fiscal de 1982 (Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil, Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y Educación Nacional), por valor de $ 204.172.000.00”.
