ARTICULO 78 . INIMPUGNABILIDAD. La providencia que decide la reposición no es susceptible de recurso alguno, salvo que contenga puntos que no hayan sido decididos en el auto impugnado, caso en el cual podrá interponerse recurso respecto de los puntos nuevos. También podrá recurrirse en reposición cuando alguno de los intervinientes, a consecuencia de la reposición, adquiera interés jurídico para ello.
