El artículo 63 de la Ley 104 de 1993 tendrá un segundo inciso del siguiente tenor:

"El programa de que trata este artículo también podrá proteger a testigos, víctimas e intervinientes en procesos que adelante la Jurisdicción Penal Militar y a funcionarios que actúen al servicio de ésta".
