El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, se aplica a los pronunciamientos sobre estados financieros que deba emitir la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia desde dicha fecha, y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, especialmente el Decreto 325 de 2003.
