El patrimonio del Instituto se formará: a) Con los valores y bienes que obtenga mediante contratos con el Gobierno Nacional para aplicarlos a la realización de su objeto; b) Con sumas que pueden recibirse en pago de determinados servicios que preste a terceros; c) Con toda clase de bienes que por cualquier concepto llegare a adquirir y rentas que de ellos pudiere derivar; d) Con los auxilios, cuotas de fomento y bienes que el Gobierno o cualesquiera entidad o persona le destinen para el cumplimiento de su objeto.
