Como consecuencia de la, desconcentración de funciones en los curadores urbanos dispuesta por el Decreto 2150 de 1995, los municipios y distritos, dentro de la autonomía que le es propia, procurarán adecuar y reducir sus oficinas de planeación o las que hagan sus veces.
