REGIMEN LABORAL. De conformidad con el artículo 5°de la Resolución ejecutiva número 04 del 10 de enero de 1986 y lo que en el mismo sentido dispone el Decreto 2920 de 1982, las relaciones laborales entre la Compañía de Financiamiento Comercial de Promociones S, A. 'Pronta' y sus trabajadores seguirán rigiéndose por las normas del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y las convenciones o prestaciones extralegales vigentes, sin que puedan ser desmejoradas como consecuencia de la resolución ejecutiva acabada de mencionar.
