RETIRO Y APROBACIÓN DE REPITENTES. En cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 44 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, cuando un Oficial o Suboficial se encuentre repitiendo un curso se procederá de la siguiente manera; si al terminar el curso dejare de aprobar más de una materia, se considerará que lo ha perdido; si reprobara solamente una materia, podrá habilitarla por una sola vez; si perdiere la habilitación, también se considerará perdido. En estos casos, será retirado por incapacidad profesional.
