º . El arancel establecido en el presente decreto no es aplicable a los países con los cuales Colombia tenga acuerdos comerciales vigentes que regulen las mismas materias contenidas en el presente decreto.

Parágrafo

En todo caso y frente a cualquier disposición interna, deberá darse aplicación prevalente y preferente a los compromisos comerciales establecidos en dichos acuerdos internacionales.
