Armonización regulatoria. La Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas (CREG) realizará los ajustes regulatorios necesarios para el uso del hidrógeno destinado a la prestación de los servicios públicos domiciliarios de energía y gas. Igualmente, la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas (CREG) establecerá las condiciones para la inyección y transporte de hidrógeno en el Sistema Nacional de Transporte, en las redes de distribución de gas y en los sistemas de transporte por poliductos.
