Reporte de seguimiento a metas. Las respectivas oficinas asesoras de planeación, o quien haga sus veces, son las encargadas del reporte de avance cualitativo y cuantitativo sobre el cumplimiento de las metas físicas de los indicadores del PMI, con sus respectivos soportes. Los avances cualitativos deberán reportarse trimestralmente, y los avances cuantitativos deberán reportarse conforme a la periodicidad del indicador establecida en la respectiva ficha técnica. Para el caso que aplique, dichos reportes tendrán que contener la respectiva desagregación a nivel territorial o poblacional según los bienes y/o servicios entregados.
