Artículo único . Cédese al Gobierno del Estado soberano de Bolívar el edificio del estinguido monasterio de Santa Teresa, de propiedad nacional, situado en la ciudad de Cartajena, con el objeto de que sostenga en él un Hospital de Caridad.
