Los Contralores Departamentales tomarán posesión de su cargo ante la Asamblea Departamental. Si ésta no estuviese reunida, lo harán ante un Tribunal de Iba entidad territorial y en el evento de vacancia judicial ante el Gobernador y, en el último caso, ante dos testigos.
