º. Los Directores durarán dos (2) años en sus limitaciones y podrán ser reelegidos hasta por dos (2) periodos. La Junta se elegirá parcialmente cada año, en la forma que prescriban los Estatutos de cada Asociación Mutualista de Ahorro y Préstamo. En caso de muerte, renuncia, audiencia injustificada por más de tres (3) meses o incapacidad legal de uno o más directores, entrará a actuar el o los respectivos suplentes que durarán en sus funciones por el tiempo que faltare para completar el período del director reemplazado.
