Imposibilidad de verter aguas residuales en sistemas de alcantarillado público. Cuando las aguas residuales no puedan llevarse a sistemas de alcantarillado público, regirá lo dispuesto en el artículo 145 del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974, y su tratamiento deberá hacerse de modo que no produzca deterioro de las fuentes receptoras, los suelos, la flora o la fauna. Las obras deberán ser previamente aprobadas conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 2.2.3.2.20.5 al 2.2.3.2.20.7 del presente decreto.
