Cancelación del registro. El registro de las Reservas Naturales de la Sociedad Civil ante el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, podrá cancelarse en los siguientes casos

Voluntariamente por el titular de la reserva.

Por desaparecimiento natural, artificial o provocado del ecosistema que se buscaba proteger.

Por incumplimiento del titular de la reserva de las obligaciones contenidas en el artículo 15 de este decreto o de las normas sobre protección ambiental o sobre manejo y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales renovables.

Como consecuencia de una decisión judicial.
