Art. 1.° El Gobierno queda facultado para someter al arbitraje de la persona ó entidad que estime conveniente la reclamación de Dañino y Compañía, contra la República, por los derechos que les pueda conferir la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Colombia, referente á los procedimientos del Magistrado unitario del Tribunal del Cauca, en el concurso Dorronzoro & Garrido.
