Art. 334. Las disposiciones contenidas en los artículo 53 y 58 de la presente Ley, no comprenden los Bancos que hayan sido Bancos oficiales de alguno ó algunos de los extinguidos Estados.

Tales Bancos se regirán por lo que disponga la Ley respecto de ellos, y á falta de Ley, por los reglamentos del Gobierno.
