CONTROL DE LA CALIDAD.- Todo establecimiento industrial para alimentos o bebidas deberá tener un laboratorio para control de la calidad de sus productos.

Parágrafo

Los establecimientos a que se refiere este artículo, podrán contratar el control de la calidad de sus productos con laboratorios legalmente establecidos y aprobados por el Ministerio de Salud, conforme a la reglamentación que al respecto se establezca.
