Para la notificación del auto ejecutivo se hace comparecer al despacho al deudor, o a su apoderado que haya aceptado poder, o a su representante legal, aun haciendo uso de la fuerza, si es necesario; pero a las personas que según los artículos 676 y 678 no están obligadas a presentarse al despacho, se les hace la notificación en su casa, previo aviso de la fecha y la hora en que debe practicarse esa diligencia.
