Uno de los escribientes de dicha oficina telegráfica pasará a la Sección auxiliar indicada a desempeñar las funciones que allí se le asignan, i el otro continuará en aquella con los deberes atribuidos al Tenedor de libros por el artículo 19 del decreto de 12 de agosto último, por el cual se organiza el servicio telegráfico.
