Artículo sexto. La entrega de estas sumas, su manejo e inversión, y las cuentas que los responsables deban rendir a la Contraloría General de la República, se efectuarán de conformidad con las respectivas normas administrativas y fiscales vigentes para esta clase de gastos y de las que dicte especialmente dicha Contraloría, en desarrollo de este Decreto.
