El personal civil al servicio de las Fuerzas Militares tendrá derecho a una prima de actividad que se liquidará sobre el sueldo básico mensual, de acuerdo con los siguientes sueldos y porcentajes:

Sueldos hasta de $1.000.00, inclusive, el 15%

Sueldos hasta de $1.001.00, en adelante, el ...10%.

Parágrafo

Exclúyese de pago de esta prima el personal de la Justicia Penal Militar.
