Intereses moratorios . No se causarán intereses moratorios a cargo de los empleadores que hayan pagado oportunamente a Colpensiones, cotizaciones que han debido entregar a las sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones de conformidad con las decisiones de afiliación adoptadas por los trabajadores. (Decreto número 228 de 1995, artículo 2°).
