El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público transferirá al departamento de La Guajira los recursos del Fondeg a través de un Convenio, en el cual se determinará la forma, oportunidad y controles a la transferencia de los recursos del Fondo. En todo caso el Departamento de La Guajira deberá realizar la incorporación a su presupuesto de los recursos que Fondeg gire a dicha entidad territorial.
