Ley 1193 de 2008 · por la cual se modifica parcialmente la Ley 841 del 7 de octubre de 2003 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Vencido el término de Investigación Formal o Instructiva o antes si la investigación estuviere completa, el Secretario del Tribunal Seccional Bioético y Deontológico pasará el expediente al despacho del Magistrado Instructor para que en el término de quince (15) días hábiles elabore el proyecto de calificación.

Presentado el proyecto, la sala dispondrá de igual término para decidir si califica con resolución de preclusión o con Resolución de Cargos.
