Todo auto interlocutorio o sentencia se notificará personalmente a las partes y al representante legal o curador del sindicado. Si pasados dos días a la fecha del pronunciamiento no se hubiere notificado personalmente, el auto interlocutorio se notifica por estado, y las sentencias por edictos, en la forma establecida por el Código Judicial.

Parágrafo 1

El procesado detenido en el lugar donde se sigue el juicio será notificado personalmente.

Parágrafo 2

La notificación, personal se practicará leyéndose íntegramente el auto o sentencia a la persona a quien se notifica. Capítulo IV Términos.
