Artículo sexto . Podrán prestar asistencia técnica, previo registro y aprobación por parte del ICA, las entidades crediticias, las agremiaciones del sector agropecuario, los Fondos Ganaderos, las Cooperativas de producción agropecuaria y demás personas jurídicas legalmente establecidas para este objeto, que dispongan de profesionales debidamente registrados en el ICA. Igualmente y de acuerdo con la ley podrán prestar asistencia técnica los profesionales independientes registrados en dicho Instituto.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de disciplinas forestales o pesqueras los registros y aprobación serán efectuados por el INDERENA.
