Artículo único. Para la consiguiente espedicion i cumplimiento de las órdenes del poder ejecutivo nacional que requieran esta declaratoria, i para todas las operaciones que deban ejecutarse contra los rebeldes, i el tratamiento que a estos deba darse, se declara perturbado el órden público federal en el estado del Tolima.
