Tanto el Instituto de Fomento Forestal, como las acciones, etc., de la institución y las operaciones que esta ejecute, estarán exentos de impuestos nacionales y de toda clase de contribuciones. Además, gozará el Instituto de todas las ventajas que concede la ley a las instituciones de utilidad pública.
