Extracción comercial industrial . La extracción comercial industrial podrá realizarse con embarcaciones de bandera colombiana o de bandera extranjera. Estas últimas deberán operar mediante contrato de afiliación o fletamento con una empresa pesquera colombiana titular de permiso de pesca. También podrá realizarse esta extracción mediante asociación con la Aunap en los términos señalados en el artículo 2.16.5.4.1. del presente decreto, utilizando embarcaciones de bandera nacional o de bandera extranjera.
