Art. 5.° Si la compañia privilejiada construvere un ferrocarril en el territorio dentro del cual puede construir el canal, segun lo dispuesto en el artículo 1°, el privilejio para disfiutar de los beneficios del ferrocarril terminará el mismo dia en que termine el privilejio del canal.
