° Establécense los siguientes requisitos, para el desempeño de los empleos a que se refiere el artículo anterior

Título de formación universitaria, curso de formación avanzada o postgrado y un año de experiencia relacionada con las funciones del cargo, o,

Título de formación universitaria y cinco años de experiencia relacionada con las funciones del cargo.
