Artículo noveno. Todo médico u odontólogo, al exceder una fórmula o un certificado, deberá hacer constar el número de registro de que trata el artículo anterior. Sin este requisito, a partir de seis meses después de la expedición del presente Decreto, los farmacéuticos se abstendrán de expender medicamentos y los certificados no serán válidos. Al recibir una fórmula en las farmacias se deberá confrontar el número que aparezca en ella con el de la lista proveniente de la Dirección Seccional de Higiene respectiva.
