Al intoxicado crónico por alcohol o por cualquier otra sustancia o al enfermo mental que fomente riña, produzca grave escándalo, o en cualquier forma perturbe la tranquilidad social se le impondrá internación en casa de reposo u hospital hasta obtener su curación, de acuerdo al dictamen parcial. En tal evento, podrá imponerse libertad o vigilancia hasta por dos (2) años.
