º El impuesto de un peso ($1.00) sobre cada botella de licores destilados de producción nacional, sea cual fuere su proceso de fabricación, deberá ser consignado por los Departamentos en los primeros cinco días de cada mes en las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional a órdenes del Tesoro General de la República.
