Las personas jurídicas deben adjuntar copia simple de los estados financieros suscritos por el representante legal, sin que se requiera autenticación alguna, debidamente auditados y certificados por el contador o auditor o revisor fiscal según el caso. Los estados financieros tendrán como fecha de corte el 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, salvo que el interesado no tenga suficiente antigüedad para preparar estados financieros con corte a esa fecha, evento en el cual deberá inscribirse con estados financieros de corte trimestral o con estados financieros iniciales.
