Procedencia . A petición de cualquiera de los socios, procede declarar judicialmente la disolución y decretar la liquidación de una sociedad civil, comercial o de hecho, por las causales previstas en la ley o el contrato social, siempre que tal declaración no corresponda a una autoridad administrativa.
