Art. 31. Si al tratar de aprehender un contrabando dos ó más personas trataren de estos bario ó impedirlo por cualquiera de los medios señalados en el artículo 219 del Código Penal, quedarán comprendidas en dicho artículo y sujetas á las pesas señaladas en él.
