Veedurías Populares. Los proyectos que apruebe el PNR, directamente o a través de sus entidades ejecutoras, deberán estar vigilados por Veedurías Populares o por otras formas de control ciudadano, las cuales se regirán por el Decreto 1512 de 1989; el artículo 24, numeral 9°, del Decreto-ley 2132 de 1992; el artículo 18, numeral 5°, de la Ley 60 de 1993, y el artículo 66 de la Ley 80 de 1993. El establecimiento, integración, funciones y disolución de las Veedurías Populares del PNR continuará rigiéndose por lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1512 de 1989.
