º. Registro del productor de carbón. Los productores de carbón deberán registrarse ante la Empresa Colombiana de Carbón Limitada, "Ecocarbón", indicando sus frentes de trabajo, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la fecha de iniciación de la explotación. Este registro se hará en los formularios adoptados por Ecocarbón y deberá renovarse anualmente durante el mes de enero, en la Regional de Ecocarbón correspondiente a la explotación, o en la Oficina Principal de dicha Empresa.
