º Nómbrase una Junta compuesta del Gobernador y dos vecinos notables del Departamento del Tolima, para que proceda a dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en la Ley 19 de 1924, Junta que tendrá como Tesorero al Director General de Instrucción Pública, empleado que asegurará su manejo y rendirá las cuentas respectivas de acuerdo con lo que disponga la Contraloría General.
