Supresión del derecho impuesto. Si como consecuencia de una revisión realizada de conformidad con el presente capítulo, se concluye que no se justifica mantener un derecho “antidumping” definitivo, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior deberá suprimirlo inmediatamente, informando de ello a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales -DIAN-.
