Inaplicabilidad de la sanción. No habrá lugar a la sanción del 50 por ciento contemplada en el artículo 13 de la Ley 56 de 1981 si el incumplimiento en efectuar oportunamente la inversión de que se trata obedece a razones de fuerza mayor, debidamente comprobadas.
