° Queda facultada la Tesorería General de la República para reglamentar la amortización de pagarés del Tesoro en la forma establecida por este Decreto, por medio de resoluciones que someterá previamente á la aprobación del Ministerio del Tesoro. Comuníquese y publíquese.
