Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente Capítulo se aplicarán integralmente a la modalidad de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor de Pasajeros por Carretera de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos en las Leyes 105 de 1993 y 336 de 1996.
